GhostWire UI Components (Flash ActionScript 1.0/2.0)

Key Features

Feature Easy Skinning Lightweight

The GhostWire UI Components are flexible, functional and yet minimalist in compiled filesizes. Check out the various examples here for the proof.

Feature Multiple Themes Pixel Perfect

Movieclips in Flash can be placed up to one decimal place 'precision' - sounds good, except that in truth it isn't precision you are getting - most of the time you get blurred images. Let's face it, we don't need this 'precision'. GhostWire UI components automatically snap-to-pixel, giving you the sharp look you want. Even if you place a component on the stage at x coordinate 7.3, the movie will still be published sharp (the component will snap to x coordinate 7.0). This is especially important if you are using bitmap graphics or pixel fonts.

Feature Layout Management Truly Skinnable

GhostWire UI components are written using an easy-to-understand architecture that allows the skins (look and feel) and the code (logic) to be totally separated, making it really easy to modify the visual assets of the components.

Feature Easy Skinning ActionScript 1.0/2.0 Compatible

Although ActionScript is now at version 3.0, if you have a project that must target older Flash Player versions (pre version 9), then you will have to code in ActionScript 1.0 or 2.0. You will find these GhostWire UI components to be invaluable when working in ActionScript 1.0 or 2.0 projects.
