Minor change, critical fix

I have always worked on PHP4.1.1 (the version I have on the server), and therefore PHPObject is guaranteed to work on that version. And I couldn't test it on later versions (since I don't have them). So I rely on bug reports from users.

After PHPObject v1.4 was released, I was told that it doesn't work on PHP4.3 (and potentially 4.2 as well). Kevin Sutherland has been kind enough to sponsor me with a free hosting account with PHP4.3 installed. With access to PHP4.3, the troubleshooting became easier (instead of having to email to and fro users asking them to try different stuff!). I fixed the problem sometime past midnite 2-May, early morning 3-May, and the new version was posted.

The change was minor, very minor. But as mentioned, the fix was critical for the library to work on PHP versions newer than 4.1.1 (that's my assumption). The change was made in PHPSerializer.as, line 119 (added default value of '0' to variable 'counter'). I will let you figure out the reason :)

P/S: Once again thanks to Kevin (Professional-i) for the hosting account and for chatting with me online (and keeping me awake) over MSN.

I second that comment. If it wasn't for your hard work and generosity I would be struggling big time

Cheers

I third it. I'm making progress quicker than I ever would have been able to before.
