Open Sesame

Hey the gateway is always open! You can come in anytime you like, take what you want.

I know being friendly and hospitable is a good thing. Especially in these troubled times. The world needs more love (as MJ said to the world in his recent BBC interview).

But I guess it isn't such a good idea here. Afterall, it is so easy to consume web services with PHPObject now. I don't want people to use my gateway without my permission. So, here we go. Every gateway has a lock, and every request needs a key to access its services. I know this is not foolproof. A determined thief will find the key no matter how or where you hide it...
